Short answer
This program proposes examining whether perineal and respiratory coordination training is associated with measurable neurovascular indices. MNM INSTITUTE™ does not claim that voluntary muscular action directly causes penile arterial vasodilation; that relation is not established and is precisely the open question.

Proposed proof-of-mechanism study
Proposed design

- Active comparator: general physical activity without specific perineal component.
- Repeated measures, blinded assessors where feasible.
Candidate objective measures
- Non-invasive peripheral vascular indices.
- Heart-rate variability as an autonomic balance marker.
- Surface perineal EMG: resting tone and release quality.
- Validated questionnaires used only as descriptive covariates.
Comparison with conventional pelvic-floor exercises
- Conventional protocols in this area mostly rely on strengthening.
- The proposed protocol adds respiratory regulation and release, whose specific contribution remains to be evaluated.
