NEUROMUSCULAR METHOD — MNM™
Understand your body. Develop your mastery.
A pedagogical method of male body education based on perception, neuromuscular coordination, functional breathing and progressive learning.
A neurocorporal learning method
The Neuromuscular Method (MNM™), developed by Daniel Abdallah, teaches men to better perceive, understand and coordinate their bodily responses. It connects sensory perception, muscular coordination, functional breathing and attention within a single pedagogical framework.
Learning follows a structured progression: observe, feel, understand, train, coordinate, then gradually master. The mastery sought is not a one-off action: it is a neurocorporal skill built through regular, graduated practice.
- 1Observe
- 2Feel
- 3Understand
- 4Train
- 5Coordinate
- 6Master
Four dimensions trained together
MNM™ never trains one dimension in isolation: their coordination is what constitutes the learning.
Muscular
Learning isolation, dosage and release of the muscle groups involved.
Sensory
Developing perception of bodily signals, their intensity and their evolution.
Cognitive
Improving attention, understanding of the mechanisms and the building of reference points.
Respiratory
Using functional breathing as a component of bodily regulation.
Progressive learning
Three pedagogical levels, each building on the previous one. No level is skipped.
Level 1 — Body awareness
Identify, locate and name sensations. Establish functional breathing and stable bodily attention.
Level 2 — Coordination and muscular control
Voluntarily isolate, dose and release muscle groups in relation to the breathing rhythm.
Level 3 — Advanced neuromuscular mastery
Coordinate perception, muscles, breathing and attention in more demanding situations, and maintain the skills over time.
What distinguishes MNM™
- A structured approach, with explicit steps rather than isolated tips.
- Coordination rather than brute force: quality of execution over intensity.
- A graduated progression, from the simplest to the most demanding.
- A constant articulation between perception, muscles, breathing and attention.
- A pedagogical framework developed and transmitted by Daniel Abdallah.
A method carried by a structured ecosystem
Teaching and methodological work are clearly separated, each with its own role.
MNM INSTITUTE™
Methodology, evidence framework and research: defining, documenting and studying the method.
MNM ACADEMY™
Learning and training: transmitting the method level by level, progressively and with guidance.
Educational framework
MNM™ is a pedagogical approach to body education. It does not establish a medical diagnosis and does not replace medical care when such care is needed.
